MiaoMiao hates vet visits!

MiaoMiao for some reason or other
hurt her leg yesterday

So there was a scrape on her right ankle,
leaving the bone kinda exposed
gross I know

I wasn't there when MiaoMiao was at the vet
( I was sitting for an examination)
but since the 2 other Mamas are lazy to update the blog,
I shall update the blog,
from what I heard

MiaoMiao didn't like the vet one bit
She hissed and snarled at the vet,
making him comment that MiaoMiao is very fierce

Emily defended MiaoMiao
"She is usually a sweet cat"

And the vet said "hmm, sweet",
obviously very skeptical

And he didn't dare to put his hands in
to get MiaoMiao out of the carrier

Actually MiaoMiao didn't want to come out in the first place
Emily couldn't quite get her out

If I were there I might have turned the carrier over
so that MiaoMiao dropped out of the carrier
I know...Evil Evil Linda

Then the assistant wasn't very gentle to MiaoMiao either


MiaoMiao is usually very sweet most of the time TRUTHFULLY
She is just scared of strangers you see...

Then she got 2 injections, several oral prescriptions and also a topical application
all for $80+

Therefore she does live up to her Japanese name I gave her,
which is 重本喵喵 (high-cost MiaoMiao)
So now I am told not to say the wrong thing,
cos it just comes true when I give her a stupid name like that


*Note
(1) The turning over of the carrier so that MiaoMiao drops
out is just a joke! How would I ever do that to sweet little MiaoMiao?

(2) Why is it that Almond (Emily's boyfriend Ryan's dog) got such
different treatment from the vet and his assistant? The gushing over
and sayang sayang and stuff...UNFAIR!
