The story of MiaoMiao's eating habit

I remember when MiaoMiao just came into our house,
smaller than our floor tile,

We fed her dry food,
(after foolishly trying to feed her milk meant for human consumption
*blush* but now we know...)

And she chewed the food,
seeming to exert a fair bit of strength with her teeth,
and out of her head were coming out
these "klong klong" sounds while she chewed

Then small bits of dry food would drop
out of her mouth every few seconds.
In the end her food dish would have
small bits of food here and there
that she would not want to touch

"Aiya, she so small, that's why cannot chew
the food properly..."
At least that's what we thought

Now she is a big cat
with two small cats under her tutelage
And she still have small food bits
dropping out of her mouth every few seconds

Worse still,
Pepper and Momo never had food dropping
out of their mouth even when they were very small

MiaoMiao's messy eating habbit
since she was young
had gave us wrong impressions about how kittens eat

And now with the messy food bits in her dish,
she looks up pleading to ask for more food

After a few seconds when no extra kibble is given
she decides that Mama may be a little slow at times
and uses her head to nudge Mama's elbow

Uh-huh, no use doing that MiaoMiao,
finish up your food first! :)
