Miaomiao's first trip to the vet

Yesterday miao miao had her first bath..Thankfully it went quite well..

Afterwards wanted to make sure that she was really dry, so we got a hairdryer to do the job, however as i was testing the hairdryer, miaomiao twisted out of 2nd sis's arms and dashed off..

So forget it.

To add on to this bad experience, miaomiao had a trip to the vet planned for that day. So we put her in the pet lovers centre carrier and off we went.

Turned out that the vet we had planned to go was closed, so we had to go to another vet that was beside a street of terrace houses and bungalows.

In we went..nice and quiet inside..the receptionist was all smiles..

Our turn to go in liao..the female vet saw miaomiao's little ribbon tied on her little neck and commented that miaomiao like a new yr prezzie..hmm..quite true since we found her on chu san.

When the nurse took a rectal thermometer out and took miaomiao temp, the poor baby whined and struggled..this is just a small part.

Miaomiao had to undergo a jab and swallow a pill..when the jab was just pierced in, she yowled like damn pain..very xin tong..( heart pain) some tears came out..=(

The nurse then pry miaomiao's mouth open then pop a pill in..thank goodness her hand moved fast..otherwise miaomiao's teeth would have clamped down on it..

Like very difficult to swallow leh..the thought of swallowing a pill without water sounds disgusting to me..anyway ah miao no choice and she like want to choke liao..

So thats the end of the horrible vet trip..when reach home gave her some nice wet food as a treat lor..she kind of like sleepys anyway..slept for almost the whole remaining day..

Then at night i guess the vaccine has kicked in and she like very lethargic and don't want people to touch her..i tink cuz of aching joints la..

Sigh..don't know how the next vet trip will turn out..
